This No Refund Policy applies to, but is not limited to:

- Social media marketing and management
- Website design and development
- Content creation and optimization
- Consultation, audits, strategy sessions, and reports
- Any custom or bespoke marketing services
Client Acknowledgement
By making a payment to Rank Puller SEO, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
- Results in digital marketing are influenced by multiple external factors beyond our control (search engine algorithms, market competition, platform policies, etc.).
- No guaranteed rankings, traffic, leads, or sales outcomes are promised unless explicitly stated in writing.
- Dissatisfaction with performance, delays caused by third parties, or changes in business goals do not qualify for a refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered if:
- Rank Puller SEO fails to initiate the agreed service within a reasonable timeframe without any communication, and
- Such consideration is entirely at the sole discretion of Rank Puller SEO.
All approved exceptions, if any, will be documented in writing.
