Internship Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and hiring activities.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with applicants.
- Conduct initial telephonic HR screenings.
- Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
- Support onboarding and employee coordination activities.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates.
- Help manage attendance and reporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding hiring requirements.
- Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with candidates over calls.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, email communication, and internet usage.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream.
- HR, management, BBA, MBA, or business administration students preferred.
