Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to business owners and potential clients.
• Explain SEO, local SEO, GMB ranking, and digital marketing services.
• Generate quality leads and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
• Maintain proper records of calls and client responses.
• Understand customer pain points and suggest suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through professional communication.
• Promote company offers and monthly SEO packages.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and basic English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of telesales or customer handling.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working remotely.
• Basic computer knowledge and internet handling skills.
• Ability to use WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and calling apps.

1. Eligibility Criteria: Male candidates preferred.
2. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Graduation preferred but not mandatory.
3. Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or sales will be an added advantage.

Remote Work Requirements:

4. Ability to attend virtual meetings and daily reporting sessions.
